great course although I thought I knew a fair bit still learned lots i.e. with Pivot tables learnt more filtering functions
Overall I thought the course was very engaging. Before the session my knowledge was really basic, but I feel my confidence with using Excel has really improved. Areas which I thought would be really difficult and daunting I actually understood quickly, thanks to the the trainer who was really helpful and explained things in a simple way.
A great course, covered a lot and it felt well paced. Really comfortable to ask questions and everything was covered really well.
This training was really exciting. As the Admin and Ops manager, I use spreadsheets all the time, but not very efficiently. This training will enable us to implement parts into our procedures to work faster and tidier which is crucial for us. There were some real 'wow' moments for us all. The training has truly been invaluable. Pat was patient and knowledgeable and provided us with clear instructions and demonstrations to make what may seem complicated concise and easy. I would 100% recommend the training to others. Thank you, Pat!

Todays course delivered what "on line" courses couldn't - the human touch. Being "there" in the room for instruction and to assist when needed.
