Very useful - does exactly what is needed in terms of start/refresher course I would push to make it even more interactive with the group

Instructor was very engaging. First two days provided a good recap of accounting basics. Last day (M&A accounting, Stock based comp. and Pensions) provided valuable new learnings about topics that are usually not that well covered in university (even MSc Finance)
Stefano is passionate and very knowledgable. A great instruction. Sometimes he moves too fast or too slow so maybe he could work on pacing a little bit, but he's amazing.
