Very interesting stuff Real Estate was very insightful and relevant to me. I find that the courses had more of an international focus so maybe next time we will need to bring it down to the African context 🤷
Really enjoyed the real estate portion as it was really relevant to the work i do. I also appreciated the overall debt structuring and capacity assesment from cashflow and the links to balance sheet and income statement.
Very insightful training - Justin was very engaging & had a number of practical examples.
Whilst I’d rate the overall course as good. I don’t feel some of the sections were relevant to me. As for the areas that are meant to be relevant (Energy and infrastructure), from a modeling perspective, I don’t think justice was done
Overall the lessons were really insightful. I have been able to build on the knowledge I had to understand how, I as an associate would use the skills.
I found the course to be practical. Rasna was also great at providing different lense to looking at debt modelling and M&A concepts.
