The first half of day 1 was a little basic, with a lot of information on the interrelation between the balances in the financial statements that should really be assumed knowledge for an intermediate course. The second day was more useful

Great course, very useful and like the step by step guidance

Having never done and modelling, the course was very useful, to help understand principles of modelling and also some excel tips and shortcuts, which I'll be able to use going forward. Instructors were very good and always looking to help with any issues.

I truly believe that overall the course vas very useful and the instructor tried to make it as engaging as possible, even though it was online. However, I do think that there was a lot of material and a short amount of time. It would be more effective for us as interns if we had the course divided in more days, with less hours every day. It is a bit complicated to maintain the concentration for so long for three days in a row.

Very precise and deep teaching from Amit. Class materials are extensive and work really well to develop intuition together with improving Excel skills. The course is very good for both newcomers on the valuation scene, as well as a good refresher for those with a bit of experience.
