It was interesting but it took too long and most of the exercises/content are the same. Two days of almost 4h.....it's just too long.
Easier transfer and checking data find patterns and work to correct them
Great course and eye opening for how the brain operates. Loved the animals in the book rather than use of people.
I felt the course was great and I was really engaged, I will be interested how we can apply this you our customer engagement centre, where breaks are limited and work is full on . I did have a slight concern that I was more accurate and quicker on the 1st session then on the 2nd session and will be interested how I can explain this if this happens when I train this out
Really informative course which clearly explained and demonstrated how improving data accuracy can improve many functions within the workplace. Activities throughout helped put the training into practice and kept the participants engaged.

I am very open to this sort of training as I really hate making errors and will try anything that might help. I think the hard part will be convincing some people that they need to try different methods after the training to improve accuracy.

This was a very interesting and interactive course. With a lot of practical hints and tips to take away. I really enjoyed it and can see an improvement already
