I really enjoyed the two days how engaging the programme was. I have learned a lot about myself and will definitely be using all the techniques provided.
I thought Liz was brilliant and really enjoyed the course. Definitely going to try and focus on one thing at a time.
So glad Iv done the course and have learned so much. The only thing I would say at times it felt rushed to move from one thing to other. Maybe give more time and allow anyone to ask questions before they start task.

Really enjoyed the course made me question my habits and find which errors I am prone to make. Will bring a different approach to my work, reading for accuracy Vs reading to understand. All the tools will help greatly
