The only reason it is 4/5 is due to the workshop being in the afternoon, which I personally would prefer in the morning, but ofc no fault on your side for that, as you have multiple groups of people.
The course was kept engaging although the content could be considered as mundane and repetitive at times (but I understand that it needed to be!). I'm not sure it will correlating much to my role and everyday work but it was still enjoyable and insightful. Thank you
It was a long course but to be fair time did pass quickly as lot of tests
Some good techniques shown and taught in the workshop than can be used to reduce errors
Learned new steps like ABC of Email, 3Es method.
