The Accuracy People Reviews

I found the course to be very useful as it improved or reinforced skills and methods I already use to check data, but also gave me several helpful new tips and tricks to assist in my day to day. Very interesting and informative - thanks!

The course was alright. However, I think it could be modernised, as some of the techniques are slightly outdated. I understand the main principles of the course, but with modern solutions and software, I believe most people will walk out of this room and likely won’t use these techniques. Overall, I think this course is good for beginners and for employees who have been at a company for a long time and may have developed bad habits. However, as technology progresses, they might benefit more from learning new techniques rather than outdated ones. That said, the part on looking for errors did change how I approach things in the future.

Karen was highly engaging throughout the course. The toolkit provided for follow-up, including resources like the ABC of email communication, offers excellent takeaways that I can apply to my day-to-day work.

When I was completing the second test, when I hovered my mouse over the boxes there would be a smiley face or not which would imply the answer was correct or not, I found this quite offputtingResponse : Hi Katie, Good spot - it made me double check and I can see what's happened here. If you hover over the 'Same' box then the symbol ': S' appears and when you hover over the 'Different' box then the symbol ': D' appears. These signify 'S' or 'D' for 'Same or Different' but now you mention it they can be read like emojis! I'm glad you pointed it out as it's the first time I've noticed it.
