Diane is a fantastic course leader and has taught me so much in such a short space of time. The course content and how it is presented is very engaging and relates to real life challenges, which helps when putting the training into practice. I have changed for the better, in both my personal and professional life after taking part in this course and this is largely down to how inspiring Diane is. I would recommend this training course to any business, big or small, if their aim is to get their team working in the most efficient and empathetic way. Diane was a fantastic trainer and coach. So many of us have attended leadership programmes before, but this was unanimously the best we have been on. Diane was absolutely wonderful, she provided so much content and training for us in such an inlightening way, encouraging us to see things from a different viewpoint. Diane's course has a refreshing approach to subjects, principles and theories that you will find in many "management" books. This is not a PowerPoint "talk at you" course at all. It requires you to think about the topics and apply them to your own situation. I would highly recommend to anyone - you don't need to be managing people to benefit from this course. If you interact with other human beings, this course is for you.
