The course overall has provided immediate value and I have no doubt it will deliver a significant return on investment for our business. We are a startup/scaleup technology company with a relatively new management team, and we recognised that our new managers needed support and training. What we didn't expect, is how much value we would get from learning about ourselves, our team members, and the importance of having a truly cohesive team (or what that even meant). So I would say the course surpassed my expectations and I can't speak highly enough of Diane. She is exceptional at what she does because of her energy, knowledge, experience, teaching style and high standards. We learned a lot in the time we spent with her and we will take this teachings forward with us for the long term.

Over the last three months, I have learned so much about myself (Professionally and personally) and my fellow SLT team through the Management and Leadership Development Programme. The course has given me invaluable strategies in key areas such as delegation, healthy conflict, accountability, effective communication, and time management, among many others. Diane's articulate delivery and ability to keep me engaged throughout the course made the learning experience both enjoyable and impactful. I feel better equipped to handle the challenges of leadership and am looking forward to applying these skills in my role. We found Diane Mason’s 'Management and Development Leadership Programme' to be highly engaging and tailored to our individual needs. Diane’s ability to customize the training based on our DISC profiles made the experience feel personal and relevant. Her expertise in leadership, team dynamics, and strategic decision-making provided us with practical tools, after each session we felt motivated and confident to apply our learnings in our roles. The course encouraged more cohesive communication within our team (no more artificial harmony!!) and helped us approach challenges with a more strategic mindset. Having found myself in a senior role with no formal prior leadership or management training, I was keen to learn from this course and to understand where I could develop and grow to ensure that I fulfil my new role effectively. The course did not disappoint. It was good to learn that a lot of what I do in my day to day job was ratified. In addition to this, I have learned to understand the needs of other's, their behaviours and how to get the most from your team by way of motivation and effective delegation.

I wasn't quite sure what the course entailed and being quite a shy person I was a bit apprehensive. As soon as I met Diane I felt instantly at ease, I feel better for doing the course as a person at work and at home. I highly recommend to anyone no matter how low or high up in in your career
