This was a thought provoking, excellent course very well presented which I would recommend without hesitation.

Not all content relevant me in my job not the fault of the trainer as I knew this before joining the course.

I found the course extremely beneficial - it gave me a real confidence boost!

Hopefully Diane will forgive me but before i attended the training i thought it would be a lot of mumbo jumbo and that it would be of no benefit to me (it was a mandatory course my company sent me on). Actually it turned into an enjoyable 2 months where i met a number of good people, a great trainer and learnt a number skills that i am still using today. Not only did it help me interact with internal & external colleague better, it also helped me realise a number of things i was doing previously were not helpful to myself or others. I can not recommend this course strongly enough, thanks again Diane.
