Great course very applicable can definitely see myself using it in my day to day job
Overall a positive experience. Denis Kiely was approachable and was able to answer all of the questions he was asked. He made the course engaging and thought-provoking and everyone from my team will be exploring areas for improvement after the two-day course with Denis.
I found this course highly informative and practical. What I enjoyed most is the way Denis presented a very simple approach to hazard analysis using examples from our plant. I have never really got my head around risk assessments before but after this two day course I would now feel confident in doing a risk assessment on a given process/process step. The 'coaching' method that Denis goes for in this course really worked for me. There was minimal reading from slides which for many does get boring after some time, the engaging aspect, going through real life scenarios has now made me become a risk-based thinker. I now have the tools I need to be a risk-based thinker. I also appreciated the honest reflections during this course, identifying the gaps in our 15 pre-requistes and now by understanding the reason (ie. building my experience bucket) why we need to introduce some changes to our plant I will hopefully be able to further influence others as to why we need this change.
