An excellent course, Brian made it very interesting with giving us opportunity to try auditing. We had a great experience doing that and we learned a lot more then looking at the theory.

Overall it was a great experience and helps to improve the knowledge in food safety and internal audits

Denis was a fantastic tutor with outstanding knowledge in the subject area. He explained each segment in simple terms using every day examples and kept the group engaged by asking questions and through the use of workshops. I am coming away feeling much more confident in my knowledge of HACCP. Would highly recommend
