Found this course one of the best I have completed from start to finish, Gina the instructor I found very interesting and had so much knowledge and I gained so much from the course. She made us feel at ease and we were able to have open discussions with the group which was very beneficial.

This was a learning through fun experience which we all really enjoyed and took alot of learnings from. The beauty of it is we will all be able to use these skills / learnings routinely & advise others as to what we can easily improve on currently. Information booklet & slides will be v. useful too going forward.
