Great course so far, looking forward to hopefully getting a great solution in place for my problem statement which I know will be data driven which will lead to a successful outcome. Looking forward to demonstrating that success and everything I have learned on to the project slides. Ashling great instructor very patient and helpful and gave great advice all along the way.

Good course, great coach, poor online experience.

Overall i have learned so much and realised that although i may not have known correct lingo or terminology i was completing some of the principals without even being aware of it. I really interest in being able to quantify changes and showcase back to the business savings and i think this course has given me the ability to do that now, fingers crossed projected is delivered successfully next!

Good course, very informative.

Overall I thought that course on Technical writing skills was very good and very well delivered. It is not the most exciting topic and yet it held my attention the whole time and I found it easy to engage in the exercises.
