Excellent Course & learning, it will help to improve my capability.
Great course I really enjoyed it. I definitely have a better understanding of HACCP and it will be very beneficial to me in my role on our HACCP Team. Edel was a fantastic tutor and was able to explain things very clearly and she was always available to take a question.
Overall thought the course was great, instructor was incredibly knowledgable. Felt the course could have been slightly more engaging but I understand that there is a lot of material to be covered in the 5 days so not much time can be wasted.
Absolutely brilliant training, learned a lot and had a very pleasant experience
