Very good course, a lot of information. Helps put a structure to HACCP instead of it being a lot of information bundled together.

Really enjoyed the 3 days - Very well delivered - large content that makes it difficult to consume - difficult to have workshops - Overall really good eye opener to FSMA and the requirements for our industry
