Very happy with the course, I have studied HACCP previously but had forgotten much of it. This was really good for re-engaging and building on the understanding I had. Edel was a great trainer, the class flew by, all of us were kept engaged and she was very knowledgable.
Very good and worthwhile. Knowledgeable instructor and good delivery.
Excellent connection between legislative Vs Best Practice. i am open to either face to face or online for this course.
