There was a good mix of theory and practical exercises. The facilitator was easy to talk to and was open to feedback.
both delivery modes are ok, however i prefer a real classroom for more interaction
It was an enjoyable course. At first it was slightly intimidating because it was new to me but everything was explained perfectly

Very happy with the course, I have studied HACCP previously but had forgotten much of it. This was really good for re-engaging and building on the understanding I had. Edel was a great trainer, the class flew by, all of us were kept engaged and she was very knowledgable.
