Even though there was a slight hiccup with the first instructor, Tim Hassall was fantastic, got us back on track and made the 3 day course, enjoyable and interesting.

Everything was well explained and Jeff give positive feedback to us all and corrected us when we did something that was not quite right.

Course was on 5/10/16. Three months later I am still waiting for the refund that I am owed due to your error. The certificate did not arrive as advised by the trainer and had to be chased and then it was only an email not a proper certificate and 'wallet sized card' as stated by the trainer.

I have not as yet received my certificate since sitting the courseResponse : Hi Mr Johnson, I will pass this onto the BT account handler today and look into what has happened. Many apologies for the inconvenience but we will get this sorted ASAP and look into what the problem was initially with any delay. A member of staff will be in touch in the next 48 hours with a response. Apologies once again on behalf of GCT.

CPR mannequins could do with being replaced - 1 was faulty and it was difficult to tell if the chest was inflating or if the airway wasn't opened correctly.Response : Mr Turnball, Many thanks for highlighting this issue you came across, I can only apologies on behalf of GCT. The equipment is monitored daily by the trainer and cleaned and inspected before each course and a report and return sent into myself once a month as the T&D Manager. I will speak with the trainer and conduct an observation of his equipment. Once again I apologies for the poor quality of training equipment.
