Thank you for today's training. We decided to move to the country last November exactly for these reasons. Got ourself a dog and enjoy many more opportunities for cycling, walking, dog walking, kayaking...something that was not as easily achieved being in London. I particularly enjoyed hearing about the chemicals and the affects these have with or without them - something I can also bring into my own training. Have a great day.

Really good topic and prsented in a way that either supports you to move forward with what you have got out the habit of doing to support your MH or new ideas to help you with your MH. Ross was really engaging too

Good General advice for those who are struggling to connect with connecting with nature. Would have like to have seen some links or references to real organisations or charities doing the work mentioned as I feel sometimes the hardest step is to make the first move. Overall I think it will help myself build a bond with the team I work with around nature.

It was good but it was too short, and I wish there had been time for more interaction.

Well delivered during Covid - content was great and learnt a lot which can be used in both work and home life. Trainer was knowledgeable and made course interesting.
