Really engaging and held our interest, lots of breakouts and activities
The overall delivery of the course was fantastic. It was relaxed and informal with a sensitive approach. I found the course easy to follow and i feel the trainer held every ones attention for the whole of the duration of the course. The course material/content was interesting and informative. I took away a lot from the course.

Excellent session, the content was great but really brought to live by Tim, our trainer. He was engaging and extremely knowledgeable, he stressed the important points and utilised relevant examples. Tim was also very understanding and supportive for the whole team

A great introduction to Mental Health First Aid
I really enjoyed the course & felt that is was a great introduction to Mental Health. It left me wanting to know more & gain detail on some of the tools that I could use to help & support. I thought the session was pitched well & the Trainer Simon delivered the content professionally.
There was lots covered in the time which is very much appreciated, i would like to dive deeper though to understand more about specifics in order i guide my managers in dealing with Mental health / well being issues going forward as i am aware that each situation has its differences
