Great ,very informative and also with a little bit of humour

Frans was great gave regular breaks which helped and kept the course interesting

Great course packed with necessary information ang hands on practice. Professional delivery and trainer.

My phone was running low on battery which was stressful, As needed it to complete assessments. Maybe spare chargers could be provided or people should be made aware that mobile phones are needed for the day and advised to bring a spare charger .

The course used a good mix of practical and theory. I found the scenarios especially useful and helped me to consolidate what had been taught.

A well structured, informative course which makes use of a good blend of information slides, informational videos and interactive practicals. Frans was very engaging and knowledgable on all topics and the 3-Day Session was a very enjoyable learning experience. Would highly recommend both from an Employer Point of View but also Personal Development to know First Aid Skills.
