I have been wanting to do this course for sometime. I would praise the videos - the fact that positive models of how to deal much better than showing how to do it wrong - absolutely fantastic An online manual that can be accessed anywhere when needed would be excellent - it can be protected and it means we will get updates. This is done easily without losing control these days.

Very enjoyable course and the MHFA manual was very beneficial to enhance knowledge in more depth. Break out activities worked well along with the video clips and it was really good to have a refresh course on mental health first aid. I look forward to putting the learning into more practice.
