The course was very informative and will give me confidence going forward to help colleagues and family and friends if the need arises. I was a bit nervous as to whether I should go on the course, but Anne assured me it would be fine. So I am very grateful to her for the advice she gave as it gave me the confidence to do it.

Fantastic course, really enjoyed it. Had a great mix of discussion and exercises and learnt alot. Av was a great instructor....would highly recommend it!

I feel more confident putting what i have learnt into practice . I feel menopause should be added as a topic to the course as it effects everyone either on a direct or indirect level and can have a massive impact on people lives mentally. A great course and the tutor AV was amazing, so knowledgeable and willing to say when she needs to look something up.
