I felt Andrew was highly knowledgeable and delivered an interesting training session. He kept us engaged through out each session. The course was very informative and gave the tools required to be able to act with MHFA in the most appropriate way. The discussions and the exercises helped to introduce the types of situations that could be encountered. Although there were only a few scenarios it was the tool(ALGEE) and how to plan that was key to the exercises. The pace of the sessions were great and the trainer had time to explain things and put them into perspective. They were very good. I enjoyed the course and have a better understanding of MHFA.
