I cannot recommend this course highly enough. It was quite intense at times, but the facilitator dealt with people's questions and comments in a highly professional and caring way. The pace was just right, and learning methods varied and interesting. The resources given will be an excellent reference tool going forward and the sessions have inspired me to think of ways to take this forward in our rural community and emphasise the 5 ways to Wellbeing.
