Just a fantastic course. As mentioned above I was dreading it however, I am NOW 100% committed to delivering this training to all our young people. In fact I cant wait to get started. The course is very well structured and easy to go through. Liz and Will are great and very helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you so much! It was great to meet other staffs who are also very supportive as we learn together and exchange our experiences. I would like to have a timeframe indicator for each of the chapters within the self-study modules before the seminar meetings. I would really appreciate that to plan my day around it.Response : Thanks for your feedback on how to improve the course experience. Ellender delivered the course at a good level. The information and subject matter was very relevant and although the videos were Australian, they were informative and added a different teaching method. Overall a good course.
