Brilliant course for my job role.

I learned a lot from this course. I now have the confidence to ask questions that I would have not liked to ask previously through lack of knowledge of the subject.

The training was very beneficial and the instructor was clear and explained the content well. I have a much better understanding of MHFA and will now be happy to use these skills when out in the community.

I now see MHFA as I do general first aid and there is a need for it so I appreciate having the opportunity to do this course. I found the videos and the real-life scenarios and discussions useful. The online module content is good and the live sessions really help to consolidate.

I thought the course was excellent. Very informative and well executed. My only feedback would be to maybe do the e-learning after the course as I feel that this would flow better. The breakout room discussions were too long. I think 10mins per discussion would be more than enough. Overall, an excellent training event provided by Stephen and Mark. Thanks both. Really enjoyable and informative course. It was presented really well too, and the study materials are excellent.

Louise delivered the course in a way that everyone fully engaged, she answered any questions put to her, also taking her time to go into detail with the answers. I found the course very interesting, and have gained valuable knowledge from it.
