The course was really helpful and explored a range of different mental health conditions and scenarios. Peer discussions were encouraged and provided helpful insights into real life experiences. The training felt safe and inclusive. I now feel better prepared to support others experiencing mental health distress.

Very grateful for being able to take the course and I think Carol and Donna never fail to give their best and make the course interesting and engaging not just the course but their personalities also.

Very informative. Interactive course. Jacqui was an excellent tutor. Highly knowledgeable , very experienced in the field of mental health. Had some great discussion with her around the different topic areas. I would defiantly recommend this course to other people.
