Overall I really enjoyed and loved the session. It was very engaging and I learnt a lot. I was able to question myself on a lot of different aspects and found a lot of answers on how to provide great customer service.

The course content was easy to understand and interesting. Rachael was informative and used real life scenarios and her own experience to heighten the delivery of the course material. The breakout rooms/team activities allowed us to chat amongst each other and gain best practice examples from other businesses that could inspire change in our respective companies.

I found the course very interesting in places however yesterdays course (Mental Health & Diversity) was too long winded, unnecessarily stretched out to fill a day and because of this it was unhelpful to say the least.
