James was very knowledgeable, and engaging. Very good during discussions, with good knowledge of modern approaches/practices. The pace of the learning was very good also. It was all very well delivered.
Tsw we're very fast and helpful in sorting out any queries I had, and I really enjoyed the course. Christopher Lee is a very good tutor, and could not do enough to help and explained things very well.
Chris is a fantastic trainer, very engaging and very knowledgeable. He's by far one of the best trainers I've had on any course I've been on previously. At the end of this course, I feel very confident in my own knowledge and how to apply it in real life, and that is solely down to Chris. The course content and materials overall were very good. The only downside is that the textbooks do not come in an electronic formag as well, so they are hard to bring into work with me every day. Also, as they are heavy textbooks, they arrived damaged as they weren't packaged securely enough. Otherwise, the content and materials were very good and were enhanced by Chris the trainor.
Lynne did a fantastic job. She kept me engaged and focused throughout.
I have really enjoyed and taken a lot of value out of the two day course with Lynne, my brain feels fried but in such a positive way because I can’t help but be thinking of how to apply the knowledge I’ve learnt. I’ve created a workshop for my team from the day one of the course which I can’t wait to run as I think it’ll have such a huge benefit for the team and individuals themselves. The day two has given me the confidence that I am doing my role effectively and taught me how to manage some more difficult characters and scenarios.
Lynne was absolutely brilliant as a trainer. She explained everything in a way that was clear, detailed, and easy to understand. Nothing ever felt rushed, and she made sure we were all keeping up before moving on. She encouraged questions throughout, and always gave helpful, thoughtful answers. The ideas she shared were fantastic — really creative but also realistic for us to put into practice. The examples she used brought the content to life and made it so much easier to see how it works in real situations. Her positive energy and friendly style made the whole session enjoyable as well as useful. I’ve come away feeling confident and inspired to try what I’ve learned. Honestly, it was an excellent session, and Lynne was outstanding from start to finish.
