Overall a good course

I found the training very educational , each session I was able to take information at bring into my working situation, George my facilitator was extremely engaging and the material provided was at times quite powerful and interesting, George knowledge of worldwide companies and practices again was very thought provoking , I extremely enjoyed my four sessions , well done George

Good course. But room temperature freezing and no refreshments.

Celsa need to provide warmer room with tea coffee facilities
