My first course in this area and when you see a 'day online' you wonder how you will get through it but very interesting, lots of breaks and activities which keeps you interested. some good videos also. Trainer calm and kept my attention.
Matt was a great facilitator who provided a friendly atmosphere and adequate brakes so it wasn't too much.
Really enjoyed the course, feel like the facilitator was fantastic at getting us all involved. information retention was great as every day we brushed over something from the previous time.
