My 2nd experience with the same facilitator and I felt this was definitely improved. Good humour, more relaxed in approach and helpful in explaining in different ways if someone wasn't grasping the learning. Worthwhile course, triggers thoughts and options around working practice.

The course was great by means of giving us the tools to think for ourselves to provide much better customer service. Lots and lots of food for thought to take into our every day jobs.

Felt the morning session lacked focus a little, the group was not as bought in.the listening section was fantastic and the pm much stronger for me in terms of content.trainer was enthusiastic and knowledgeable
