WELL PRESENTED COURSE, VERY INFORMED.

I enjoyed the training and the contents covered everything that i needed, including the advice on progression to the next course. The fact that other delegates were also from a housing association improved the experience and Rachel made sure that we were assigned to the same breakout rooms when it was relevant. I find the length of time between the training and the exam to be inconvenient but understand how they work and know this is unavoidable.

Wasn't looking forward to the training if I am honest, however the tutor was very engaging and kept it very interesting and I found myself enjoying the training. I had heard from others that had attended a similar course (somewhere else) say it was boring etc. Clearly they didn't have the same trainer. our trainer was so engaging and full of life really refreshing I have been on loads of training and there aren't many trainers with the same upbeat attitude.

The course was filled with plenty of activities that started interesting thoughts and useful inspiration in me. The trainer managed the course professionally so it went really smooth and we felt comfortable which is a great achievment for a two days / 7hrs a day online training!
