Excellent. The only reason I have marked down the first two answers is because I know I won’t find it easy to change long-established behaviors. All WWU managers should attend this course within 12 months of joining the company. Had I attended 5 years ago I would have achieved more and found it easier to manage a very capable but very challenging individual.

This course has been fun and interactive, I feel I learn best whilst testing out the instructions and Rich was a great support and teacher. I have learned lots of techniques and tricks today to help with my role and responsibilities.

Enjoyed the course and learnt something new. Easy to following and the pace was steady. Richard was good at explaining things and helped whenever asked.
