It was useful to have live training (via Teams) to be able to reinforce the online reading modules and to have group discussions to bring things to life a bit more. In my opinion if in person I think 3 hours would be about right but via Teams I think this could have been successfully run in a 2 hour session still allowing for a 10 min coffee break as there was a fair bit of duplication to the reading. I appreciate this does very much depend on the group involved and that repetition of ALGEE is not bad thing.
