Joining Instructions detailed lunch would be provided, this was not the case. Very disappointed with this as I had to provision payment for my own lunch at the local supermarket.

Over all equipment was good, however keyboards where awful with lots of play in the keys making typing slow and awkward. Joining instructions from CTP indicated refreshment and lunch was provided. Refreshments where provided by lunch was not. Instructor was very patient and a great teacher. he is a credit to this provider.

Have really enjoyed the course. Personally I would like more information on the course, and for it to be extended to include construction and set up. Mis-information on lunch being provided. However able to claim but to not really an issue. Like the seating areas, coffee machine and how clean it feels.

Course is quite intense! Alot of information to process quite quickly, but all done in a logical way. Food no longer provided, this needs updating on the website and on course arrivals powerpoint. Basic tea/coffee free which is good.

Overall the course was very good, my only improvement would be to make the course a little longer to allow more thorough learning of all plc types

The tutor was very knowledgeable and adept at teaching. The equipment whilst good, is limited to buttons and lights through the bulk of training. I think being able to spend a week on both Siemens and Allen Bradley each would be beneficial as currently there is a bias to stick with whichever PLC you spend the 1st week on and then have little exposure to the other. Overall a very good course and a great starting point to understanding PLC basics.

Course could be longer. Too much new information in small time frame, would have like to have more time to process and apply new skills

Course manual could do with a review to fix typos and layout issues and a revamp with further information that is required as part of the course work. It would have been useful to me to have a short 10 - 15 mins running over a real world diagnostics experience using a meter and any other test gear to diagnose an induced fault. Even if it was only a demonstration by the instructor. I learned a great deal in the 2 weeks I spent on the PLC10 course. Elliott was helpful and was keen to ensure everyone had the knowledge and skills required to pass the certification. For anyone who has NO or little knowledge of PLC programming, the course delivers on the fundamental knowledge required for the real world. Thank you Elliott and the team for the informative two weeks with you in Clay Cross.

The classroom was cold and they kept turning the heating off. Leslie was the best instructor I've had at Technique, very knowledgeable and great at breaking things down and explaining them to me. PAT testers are old and dated.
