Thomas was an excellent tutor, understanding and patient. Only minor criticism was that I would have liked to cover more mock exams which were dedicated to the 2391-50. That may come when you get more candidates doing the 2391-50 rather than the 2391-52. However I certainly didn’t feel under prepared for the exam and it was good to get a ‘refresher’ on the the periodic testing side which I already hold my qualification for. Also, really appreciate your understanding in postponing my practical exam to a more convenient date as it was my error in booking the original date without running it past the senior staff at work.

good course overall well taught would be good if someone like me could see plcs in a work enviroment to understand real life processes.

Tim is very credible and knowledgeable in his field. He clearly enjoys teaching his subject matter, and I will have no hesitation in recommending him to others. The facilities were excellent; the only comment I would make is that some better noise insulation between the workshop area and classrooms would make for less disturbed teaching. Could I also recommend that you add parking bay lines to the student parking area; some people obviously found it difficult to park with consideration for others, leaving a shortage of space. very good course but felt like a bit more time is maybe needed for people that are completely new to plc's and ladder logic but over all very informative. I feel like i have a good understanding of the subject.

Tim was an excellent instructor and clearly knew refrigeration inside out, he is a credit to the company. It was an enjoyable course and I was impressed with the setup. I will definitely be returning to do my electrical qualifications here later in the year.

Excellent training cannot praise Tim enough found his tuition superb and he is obviously very knowledgeable on the subject would highly recommend to anyone requiring f gas or refrigeration and air conditioning qualifications
