Enjoyable course

The course was very informative and met my needs.

Our lecturer was very knowledgeable and really helped by delivering the course in a way that all understood and felt comfortable when faced with switching operations. The content and materials was very good, apart from some confusion over our company's requirements, which highlights the need to standardise certain procedures and requirements throughout the industry.

Brian Dixon was helpful and informative providing myself with the information need for the course and with experience to give advice on best practice within the industry. Really enjoyed the course and learnt a great deal.

Was really good trainers, excellent venue, quality of workshop was outstanding.

Course was good and interesting, venue well equipped, lunches were very good, workshop was very well equipped and well presented.

The course is well structured. Our lecturer Steve is experienced, knowledgeable and a truly nice guy :) I would say that the naming of the equipment could be shorter e.g TX 1 as opposed to Transformer 1 etc as I couldn't fit full addresses on the permits or switching schedules :(

Enjoyed the course , was interesting , not too heavy , good mix or practical and theory

The course was as I expected and more. Really enjoyed the course and the content was very relevant to my personal job role as an electrical technician. Tutor was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout.
