I had a 3 day S5 refresher 6th to 8th June and found it to be an excellent experience all round from the very friendly and experienced staff delivering their expertise and knowledge down to the actual venue itself with great facilities especially the switchgear hall so many types to practice on. A big shout out to Dave my tutor for this course and thanks to you all that work there you made me feel so welcome.

* The course material was easy to understand with precise examples. * The lecturer ensured that we fully understood all the presentation even if it meant him repeating everything. *The lecturer showed a high degree and of professionalism, experience and honesty. * It was one of the best lectures I've ever had.

Course was what I thought it would be and delivered what I would expect.

Good course. Facilities for switching appear excellent.

Lots of chatting that is good but I found we deviated from the subject too much.

The course material is very heavily PowerPoint based, this makes it hard going. The lecturer made this as interesting as possible. Content of the course could be more applicable to the activities carried out by SAPs at site but this is the responsibility of British Sugar to remedy
