Really nice guy delivering the training For this course there was a few areas where his lack of background experience was evident

Really good course, learnt a lot about the processes of checking for dead and isolating systems as before I had no knowledge. I can take some good information away from the course and start asking questions at work. Enjoyed the practical part.

Meeting room was warm enough but building absolutely freezing

Great live examples and real world experience from Connor. Room cold and some minor IT glitches to resolve at first but very good overall. Great practical areas with a lot of capability.

Well organised week 2, with good knowledge from the tutor. Cold through the rest area. Food was bland.

Course was far to in depth and not needed for my day to day working

Course was a bit much crammed in and the test was also too in depth however the instructor made it a lot easier to digest and understand.
