Good content good lecturer

The course can be confusing and contradictory on some points. A lot of mistakes where made within the drawings and exercises. The test form needs to be reworked in the format. More training around the second assessment is needed, since no exercises was made before the assessment.

Exam again is far too much writing,, copying out the notes. Would be better multiple choice

Very poor course content. 90% of module not relevant to our day to day roles

Felt like a 1 day course dragged out over a week.

great course, especially in the practical part

Centre has lots of great kit and equipment. Good amount of hands on switching. Training area was very cold vs the rest of the centre. Biscuits to go with the teas and coffees would also be a welcome service provision.

Really enjoyable course with a great lecturer. Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Great facilities and opportunities to see how the many different types of switch gear works.

Very happy with the training I received and it is always great to tap into the experience of a lecturer like Eddie. Many thanks
