Course content supplied by RWE was confusing. Typos and conflicting information with the faraday safety rules made it difficult for the lecturer.

Norman is very knowledgeable and demonstrated great experience. The course contents it’s not very substantial. A lot of critical information left out from the RWE OSR’s. I think the two companies need to compile something better. Some of the slides do not read correct (poor grammar). Food choices were poor. Food order sheet submitted before the course but ended up not going through to the kitchen.

Good course, tutors very knowledgeable. Good range of equipment to use.

Well presented and paced course, delivery suited refresher training and accommodated delegates questions and enquiries. Practical exercises and equipment range very good.

Extra tea making facilities due to larger numbers of trainees. Tea bags and coffee rather than wasteful single use plastics.

Great course delivery, pitched at right speed and level. Would hope to work with Jason and Eddie again.
