Running as a live feed as well, so some issues with the live video sections showing on the live feed. Final sections seemed a bit rushed - prob best as 2 half days (with fuller discussions?)

This session was so interactive and really interesting!

Delivery was fun and interactive, it reminded me of 'the secret'. The videos and example were current, loved that will smiths theorys were included, he is an inspiration.

Some very interesting and insightful concepts that has made us reflect a lot on our practices as a teaching team.

Good pace and variety of activities. Good chance for staff to share ideas and think of new ways to improve students' resilience.
