This leadership course was all-encompassing. Participants engaged in interactive leadership simulations that stretched our thinking and capability to lead. It was based on research, practice, and included opportunities for participants to engage in research. Our organization and department's needs were met with a product that was tailored to our needs and feedback.

Edward is one of the best presenters I have ever seen. His wealth of knowledge, sense of humor, and the ability to make any subject entertaining even when it is two hours long are just a few of his amazing skills (and the accent isn't bad either). Hope we have another opportunity to learn more from Edward.

The presenter worked off of our interests, questions and concerns to address our needs. The presentation was interactive and engaging. The presenter was very knowledgeable, upbeat and stayed on to address questions. I was able to apply research to my current role and make more informed decisions.

The relevance to our work presented in this leadership course is right on target. The research component allows us to dig deeper and the resources shared have been spot on.

I really appreciate the presentation style and references to research. I am learning a lot from the experiments and have already thought about using variations in Professional Learning Sessions I am creating. There is always room for questions and touching on topics that interest us. I appreciate the organization of the information while still being flexible to meet our needs and interests.

Edward and his team created an engaging and powerful presentation. I enjoyed the interactive game which brought to light some key communication learning opportunities in a fun and engaging way.

This course was great! I loved the information and the interactive way of sharing the information that increases engagement. The game really sparked my competitive spirit and had some great take-aways on the importance of leadership.

I liked the balance of information with activities to help us process the information. The coach gave us time to ask questions and was very interested in our concerns or dissonance with new ideas. He was responsive and upbeat which made the time and experience a great opportunity.

I walked away with a deeper understanding of the pillars of leadership and what the concepts could mean for me in my role and the teachers I serve.
