Great ideas which I plan to use in the classroom.

I fept Claire Badger was great at communicating and made it very interactive and enegaging. As a classroom assistant I found it helpful in how I approach my feedback and responses to my students especially during exam seasons and them getting their grades even though it was more catered for teachers

From a classroom assistant point of view, it was very interesting to help support our pupils

Training was fantastic, however would be great to ask questions that involve all staff members. As an LSA, I work solely with a child, not a classroom. I can relate but not to the same extent.
