I am already doing a VOR for aspiring leaders and this was a good extra to have accomplished alongside that course.
The course is more detailed and informative.
The course was insightful for me. I learned a great deal of content that I had not encountered in many of the drill and blast courses I have attended throughout my career. I am confident that I will be a better explosives engineer by the end of this course and will be able to present myself professionally in any boardroom discussion. The course will also help me become a better mentor to my team, both theoretically and practically.
