It's really difficult but I did feel under prepared for this session. To be fair, I didn't manage to do the EPA guide reading which would have helped. I don't have any other suggestions.

Mark is very engaging and charming, as well as experienced and a natural teacher. He commanded the room well, got his point across and was entertaining which is a skill I want to develop.
