Overall it was a good day, just the tone and delivery could have been a little more bright as it did become a bit dull in places which then loses your focus a bit, the virtual learning has been effective and the information provided is great

I felt that the trainer did a difficult job of providing a considerable amount of information in a short period of time quite well. Perhaps consideration could be given to extending the third session of the day and reducing the second session, as I feel that the session on developing the principles of professional coaching had been covered to a degree in module one and the associated materials. There was lots to cover in session three and to an extent I feel that this element of the day was rushed because of earlier work in session two.Response : Hi Mike, Thanks for your feedback, we appreciate it and i know Stuart will too. :) With regards to the timings of the sessions, i have passed your comments onto our Head of Training and Operations for her to have a look into this.
