Lisa's knowledge and range of examples throughout provided useful context. There was a good opportunity to reinforce the difference between being anti vs non-sexist when calling out behaviour with an example shared by a peer and this was picked up by Lisa who reinforced the learning point. A valuable session providing valuable messaging, tools and techniques. IODA's material on this topic and their Inclusive Management and Leadership session includes content relevant to empowering all members of UK society and organisations interested in developing an inclusive culture. I would recommend IODA training provision especially around this topic as it is informed, contextualised and delivered by knowledgeable and experienced trainers who can relate the topic to learners operating in different environments using a range of public and private sector examples.Response : Hi Helen, Thank you so much for your feedback, we really do appreciate it and value what you say.
